The audio course is available through the I.A.T.S.E Local 17 hall. The course is available at various times throughout the year. The present course requires four nights of participation and does have an exam on the fourth night. The study materials will be made available online, but this is not a substitue for the the required course. There are practical subjects which involve hands on training that must be attendened to receive a certificate of completion.
